Huge versatility in a compact package. The Pretzel is a carefully designed training tool for the space-constrained climber. Precisely carved from a single block of solid wood, it provides over 98 different grips within a 18cm (face to face) hexagon. You can toss The Pretzel in your crag bag for a lightweight warmup option at the crag, or mount it at home.

Holds range from 10mm crimps up to 40mm pockets with over 30 pinches and a jug on the top. Using the two included 1 meter cords and 12KN carabiners, the Pretzel can be mounted in four main different ways: flat slot, sloped slot, juggy slot and pinch training. The Pretzel can be mounted as a hangboard on any branch, pull-up bar, and other solid fixture, or used to lift weights!

The Cherry Pretzel is as durable as the Maple version, but with an extra touch of colour and scent!

Amazing product!

This is a must-have for anyone looking to train hard (especially these days with the quarantine and whatnot). It is super easy to set up and can be done with very limited tools with any pullup bar or simply drilling holes into your door frame!
Also, its incredibly versatile for training pinches, crimps and even working on lock-offs, and having to engage all your core and back while doing pullups to stay steady makes for much more well-rounded training than the standard hangboard for me!
